Concept and Philosophy
Enjoy regionality in a healthy, tasty and varied way
We also follow our passion at Restaurant Weidblick. We are driven by the demand for high-quality dishes with natural origins. We want to create an awareness of game meat of regional origin in order to emphasise the positive aspects associated with it. This includes venison from our own hunting grounds, shot by hunters and processed by regional businesses.
But vegetarians also get their money’s worth at Restaurant Weidblick. We use everything that the forest and meadows have to offer for our meat-free dishes. Regardless of which dish you choose, the most important ingredient in all our dishes is fair grazing. And you can taste it!
Warum Weidblick?
Mit „Weidblick“ verbinden wir den Grundgedanken der Weidgerechtigkeit und schaffen eine Brücke zwischen Tradition und Moderne, ohne dabei unsere kulinarische Vision aus den Augen zu verlieren. Unser Anspruch liegt in der vollumfänglichen Kulinarik, die nicht nur den Gaumen erfreut, sondern auch unseren Respekt gegenüber der Natur und ihren Ressourcen unterstreicht.
In diesem Sinne legen wir insbesondere Wert auf die ganzheitliche Verwertung des Wildes aus unseren Revieren, wie es in den Lehren der Weidgerechtigkeit verwurzelt ist. Hierbei schöpfen wir aus der Tradition der Jagd und übertragen sie in die moderne Welt, indem wir innovative Kompositionen und Variationen kreieren. Unser „Weidblick“ eröffnet uns dabei grenzenlose Möglichkeiten, ohne die Werte und Prinzipien der Weidgerechtigkeit zu vernachlässigen. Überzeugen Sie sich selbst!
